Contact the forum team
The quickest way to reach the forum team is by email at hello@global100.org. A person reads every message. We aim to reply within three working days, and sooner for anything involving personal information or a safety concern.
What to include
Tell us which thread or post you mean by pasting its full address from your browser. Say what you would like to happen: a correction, a removal, an answer to a question about how the forum works, or something else. If you are reporting a factual error, include the source that shows the correct information. That lets us fix the post instead of starting an argument about it.
Please do not send documents you want checked by a detector. We do not run detection on submissions, and sending us a student's or colleague's work may share their personal information without their consent.
Reporting a post
Every post has a report option once member accounts open. Until then, email us with the post address and the reason. Reports about personal information, harassment or non-consensual imagery are handled first.
Corrections to staff answers
Staff answers are meant to be accurate and current. If one is wrong, out of date or relies on a weak source, tell us. When we correct a staff post we add a note in the thread saying what changed and why, rather than editing it silently.
Removal requests about you
If a post identifies you, or includes information about you that you did not agree to share, email us with the post address. You do not need to explain why you want it removed. We will review it and, where the post identifies a private person, remove the identifying details or the post.
Copyright and legal notices
If you believe content on the forum infringes your copyright, send a notice to the same address with the subject line "Copyright notice". Include the address of the material, a description of the work you believe is infringed, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised. We review notices promptly and remove material where appropriate. The person who posted it will be told and can respond.
Other legal requests, such as those from law enforcement or regulators, should also go to this address with a clear subject line so that they reach the right person.
Press and research
Journalists and researchers are welcome to quote public threads with a link back to the thread. If you want to contact a member who posted something, ask us and we will pass your message on. We do not share members' email addresses.
Accessibility
If any part of the forum is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard or other assistive technology, please tell us what happened and which page you were on. Accessibility reports are treated as bugs and fixed in the shared forum software, so a fix here helps every page.
